hello all, This is one of our most common mantis species.Is quite bigger than Mantis religiosa sp.and their wings are shorter than body lenght and not transparent like the mantis wings. I hope you enjoy it, Remus |

interesting to see this species. Are the wings really that short in adult specimens? I wonder if they are able to fly with them - in relation to the rest of the body, they don't seem bigger than in Mantis religiosa larvae, which can't fly as far as I know...
But besides that, it's a very "clean" shot. I like it.
