the sharpness looks brilliant, and I actually like this perspective from below, it is something rarely seen, and why not change things every now and then?
Concerning saturation and contrasts, I think Lukas is right, a little less might be slightly better.
The tip of the twig seems to show slight sharpening artefacts, and the green top left seems a bit noisy/ artefact-ridden to my eye. But this does not change the fact that I like the picture a lot.

I think you're right, it should be a young male. At the thorax you may guess the beginnig violet pruinosity which is typical for males of that species.
It's really pretty dragonfly! You managed to get a nice sharp shot with great colours, but there are some composition alternatives I would have liked to see here - especially, I personally don't like too much the perspective from a very low angle here. Of course, you don't need always to use the same perspective, but a photo that shows a little more of the top might have been a nice alternative to concentrate more on the beauty of this insect, the perch becoming less dominant.
Your technique looks very good, I just think about marginally less contrast and saturation which both seem a bit too much in my eyes.
