Hi Erik and Welcome here!
Excellent shot, especially at that shutter speed.Colour and Lighting are perfect.Sharpening is Good but not so perfect.A bit more on the Eyes.

Marcus,
Your right about the shutter speed I could not go faster because of the light, I tried at this speed and I was lucky, yes your right about the sharpening the center of the AF was just under the eyes.
